Designing a dynamic digital experience for a lifestyle shopping center

City Concorde

A leading lifestyle shopping center in Luxembourg, offering experiences across fashion, beauty, gastronomy, sports, leisure and services.

The Challenge

City Concorde is more than a traditional shopping center. It positions itself as a lifestyle destination — a place where shopping, dining and leisure converge.

The digital platform needed to reflect this dynamic identity while serving practical needs.

Key challenges included:

  • Developing a design language strongly oriented toward marketing and lifestyle
  • Highlighting shops, restaurants and experiences in an engaging way
  • Creating an interactive map reflecting the real shopping center layout
  • Ensuring flexibility as stores open, close or change location
  • Managing complex opening hours, including public holidays and exceptional Sunday openings

The website had to combine visual appeal with structured operational functionality.

The Approach

We designed a marketing-driven digital experience that reflects the vibrancy of the shopping center while maintaining structured navigation and clarity.

The interactive map became a central component of the platform.
It was built as a flexible system allowing:

Special attention was given to opening hours logic.

  • Individual store variations

In addition, restaurants were given access to a dedicated area, enabling them to update their daily menus independently.
