The Challenge
Ramborn was a new and ambitious brand entering the Luxembourgish market.
At the time, there was no established digital presence, no defined website structure and no cohesive design language.
The challenge was twofold:
- To create a digital identity that reflects authenticity, sustainability and craftsmanship
- To develop a functional e-commerce system supporting an innovative “Adopt a Tree” subscription model
The platform needed to communicate the brand story clearly while enabling direct product sales and long-term engagement with customers.
The Approach
We began by translating Ramborn’s values — tradition, sustainability and local production — into a structured and distinctive digital identity.
The website was designed to:
- Emphasise storytelling and origin
- Present products in a clean and structured way
- Support an intuitive purchasing journey
- Highlight the environmental mission behind the brand
Special attention was given to the “Adopt a Tree” concept — a subscription-based model allowing customers to support tree planting, tree care and regenerative agriculture.
The backend architecture was designed to support both classic e-commerce functionality and recurring subscription logic.
